We are a community-rooted organization dedicated to turning courageous conversations into lasting social impact. Now led by our new CEO Rebecca Rosado, to advance our mission to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to build bridges of understanding, promote racial equity, and take collective action toward peace and justice.

The Current Work
Our Bi-Yearly Meeting:The People’s Gathering
Our flagship convening for honest, facilitated dialogue about race, equity, and leadership. Participants meet in identity-based Dialogue Rooms led by trained facilitators, reflect on lived experience, and return to a shared space for learning, tools, and next steps. Leaders leave with clarity, language, and practical strategies to advance equity within teams, classrooms, and communities.
